RIPON, Minn (WRPN) – A 51-year-old Oshkosh man has been sentenced to six years in federal prison for cocaine and marijuana trafficking.
Federal Judge William Griesbach sentenced Peter Henkle Monday.
According to court records, in August of 2024 Oshkosh Police investigators executed a warrant at Henkle’s residence and located over 950 grams of cocaine, over 7 ½ pounds of marijuana, and $321,880 in cash. Large sums of money were also seized from his bank accounts and numerous vehicles he purchased with drug proceeds.
Henkle admitted to obtaining and distributing numerous kilograms of cocaine over the course of approximately two years.
He was also ordered to forfeit over $579,000 to the government, two Harley Davidson motorcycles, a car, and a pickup truck. He was also fined $50,000.
